Sarcoidosis - The Climb and Are You 'OK'

We are all on a journey of one sort of another. For some of us that journey is living with a disease or condition such as Sarcoidosis, MS, Lyme Disease, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, and many many more.

More often than not we do not look like sick people and often people have no conception about what is going on in our bodies. Without sounding like we feel sorry for ourselves we more than often not suffer in silence.

If you know anyone with an Invisible Illness please ask them often 'How are you feeling today' and if they say 'OK'  please take the time to ask them if they are really 'OK'

I bet you that they are really not 'OK'

Let them know you do care and are their for them and it's  'OK'  to say 'I'm Not  'OK'

I have to admit that I am as guilty of this as most people with a Invisible Illness.

Why is it so hard for us to admit that we are

'Not OK'
